Purpose of processing
LEDA processes information submitted through this platform to administer applicant accounts, assess eligibility, conduct due diligence and physical verification where selected, communicate application outcomes, manage the Awards programme and produce authorised programme reports.
Information collected
The platform collects applicant contact and identity information, business registration and operational information, financial indicators, award-category selections, declarations and supporting documents required by the active campaign. Where physical verification is selected, the record may also include appointment details, the representative present, field observations and photographs or documents that verify the business and its operations.
Access and safeguards
Access is role-based. Reviewers, field verification officers and awards judges can access only allocated records, independent committee scores remain sealed until moderation, communications staff are excluded from confidential applications, supporting and field evidence is protected from public access, and material actions are recorded in an audit trail.
Retention
Campaign records are retained for up to 60 months after the campaign closes, subject to applicable legal, audit, governance and dispute-resolution requirements. Disposal or anonymisation is performed only through an authorised records-management process.
Your choices and rights
Applicants can update draft information, respond securely to clarification requests, view scheduled physical-verification appointments, download a copy of their application data and withdraw an application before a final decision. Requests to access, correct or lawfully object to processing may be directed to the contact below.
