Conditions for using the LEDA MSME & Co-operative Provincial Awards application platform.
Eligibility and assessment
Creating an account or submitting an application does not guarantee approval or an award. Applications are considered under the published eligibility, document, due-diligence, physical-verification where selected, scoring and approval process for the applicable campaign.
Physical verification
LEDA may select an application for a scheduled site visit before adjudication. The applicant must provide reasonable access to the declared operating location, an authorised representative and relevant operational evidence. Field photographs and observations are retained as protected assessment records and are not published as award results unless separately authorised.
Deadlines
The electronic application window opens and closes automatically using Africa/Johannesburg time. Applicants remain responsible for completing and submitting every required section before the closing timestamp.
Account security
Applicants must protect their login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. The platform may temporarily restrict access after repeated unsuccessful sign-in attempts.
Communications
Operational notices, clarification requests and decisions are sent to the registered email address and made available in the secure portal. Applicants should keep their contact information current and monitor relevant inbox folders.
